The Philippine Postal Corp. (PhlPost) will honor two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo by featuring him on a stamp, along with fellow 2024 Olympic medalists Nesthy Petecio and Aira Villegas.
The stamps will be unveiled on April 24 as part of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games commemorative series.
Yulo, who won gold in the floor exercise and vault events, will be honored for his historic achievement.
Petecio, who secured a bronze in women’s boxing, and Villegas, who won a bronze in the 50-kilogram boxing event, will also be featured.
The launch is part of the National Philatelic Exhibition, which will take place from April 23 to 25 at the Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila.
