Philippine Airlines (PAL) is increasing the frequency and capacity of its international flights to accommodate the expected holiday travel surge.
Manila–Perth flights will double from three to six weekly, while Manila–Melbourne services will go daily, with bigger aircraft deployed on select routes.
PAL is also expanding North American services, increasing Manila–Seattle flights, and maintaining daily or multiple weekly services to destinations including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Guam, and Honolulu.
East Asian routes will also see boosts, with the introduction of daily Manila–Da Nang flights and additional Manila–Busan services, alongside expanded operations to Japan, including new Manila–Narita, Manila–Osaka, and Manila–Sapporo flights.
PAL president Richard Nuttall emphasized the airline’s commitment to meeting robust demand and connecting travelers to more destinations during the peak season.
