Ramon Guico Jr. as Vice Chairperson, Rep. Jurdin Jesus Romualdo as Majority Floor Leader, and Sen. Risa Hontiveros as Minority Floor Leader. Despite inclement weather and a government work suspension, the CA was constituted within the 30-day constitutional deadline. The CA holds the crucial role of confirming or rejecting presidential appointees such as department heads, ambassadors, and senior military officers.
