Fatima Bosch of Mexico was crowned Miss Universe 2025 during the 74th edition of the pageant in Thailand, earning Mexico its fourth title and tying the Philippines for most wins in history.
She impressed the judges with her answers, emphasizing service to others and staying true to oneself.
The Philippines’ Ahtisa Manalo finished as third runner-up, the country’s best placement since 2021.
The Top 5 also included Praveenar Singh of Thailand as first runner-up, Stephany Abasali of Venezuela as second runner-up, and Olivia Yace of Cote d’Ivoire as fourth runner-up.
The pageant, originally featuring 120 candidates, was narrowed down to 119 after Miss Jamaica withdrew, with contestants advancing through swimsuit, evening gown, and Q&A rounds.
