Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto recently responded to a public administration student’s inquiry after more than three years, offering advice on pursuing a career in government.
The student, who graduated in 2022, had previously asked Sotto about LGU planning and shared a photo of her notebook with his answers.
Sotto’s advice included preparing through study and experience and connecting with like-minded individuals to stay on course.
He also emphasized the importance of public participation in government processes during their earlier conversation.
The student expressed surprise that Sotto remembered her despite the long gap between their interactions.
