He warned that cyberspace has become the new frontline in modern warfare and called for greater commitment to national security and progress.
Marcos acknowledged the Philippine Army’s crucial role in strengthening defense capabilities and responding to security challenges, including cyber threats.
He stressed that military personnel must exhibit unwavering resolve, loyalty, and selflessness to protect the nation.
The President also emphasized the need to set aside personal interests for the greater good in building a more united and peaceful nation.
