Malabon City will distribute grocery assistance to 93,554 residents as part of the fifth tranche of the Malabon Ahon Blue Card (MABC) program, running from November 15 to January 15, 2026.
The aid aims to help families recovering from the Catmon fire and the impact of Typhoon Uwan.
Beneficiaries can claim their grocery packs at Fisher Mall Malabon, with extended hours on select holidays, and must present their MABC cards with updated PIN codes.
Mayor Jeannie Sandoval described the distribution as early Christmas aid and reaffirmed the city government’s commitment to supporting affected households.
Since its launch in 2022, the MABC program has delivered P539 million in quarterly assistance and goods to residents, enhancing local social services.
