The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) aims to make all its services fully digital by 2026.
LTFRB Chairperson Vigor Mendoza II said the goal is to implement online applications, petitions, motions, and other transactions this year.
The agency is upgrading its online platform to make it more user-friendly.
Certificates of public convenience and provisional authority for public utility vehicle operators will also be available online.
Mendoza added that digitization will reduce reliance on fixers by making transactions faster, more direct, and less dependent on human intervention.
