Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso has announced cemetery schedules and safety reminders ahead of the 2026 observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.
Manila North Cemetery will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. from October 29 to November 2, while regular burial services at the city’s North and South cemeteries will resume on November 3.
Vehicles will be prohibited inside both cemeteries during the designated Undas period, although transportation assistance will be available for visitors at Manila North Cemetery.
Authorities will also prohibit firearms, sharp objects, alcoholic beverages, pets, flammable materials, gambling, and loud sound systems to maintain order and safety.
The city government is urging visitors to follow cemetery rules, plan their trips, and cooperate with authorities to ensure a peaceful and orderly Undas celebration.
