Chicken inasal and chicken adobo have gained international recognition after ranking in the latest TasteAtlas global food list, highlighting popular Filipino dishes.
Chicken inasal was named the best chicken dish in Southeast Asia and placed third worldwide, while chicken adobo ranked sixth regionally and 40th globally.
The rankings recognize inasal’s smoky, marinated flavor and adobo’s signature savory-tangy taste that define Filipino cuisine.
Tourism officials said the recognition reflects how Filipino food continues to represent cultural identity and boost culinary tourism.
The list was compiled by TasteAtlas based on expert input and user feedback.
