CHEZKA CENTENO RECLAIMS WORLD 10-BALL TITLE IN BALI

Filipina cue artist Chezka Centeno reclaimed the WPA Women’s 10-ball World Championship title in Bali, Indonesia, defeating compatriot Rubilen Amit in a thrilling five-set final. 

Centeno, who struggled with mental and emotional challenges in recent months after close losses in major tournaments, credited her faith for restoring her confidence and focus during the competition. 

She won seven consecutive matches, including the intense championship showdown, marking a triumphant return to the top. 

At 26, Centeno expressed pride in bringing another world title to the Philippines and advocated for greater recognition of women in pool. 

The victory underscores her resilience and determination, as well as the support from her inner circle and fans.
