Netflix’s new Korean series “Boyfriend on Demand” starring BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and actor Seo In-guk, features several scenic locations in Cebu, Philippines.
Jisoo plays Seo Mi-rae, a webtoon producer who escapes reality through a subscription-based virtual dating simulation program.
The show also stars popular actors, including Seo Kang-jun, Lee Soo-hyuk, Ong Seong-wu, and Jay Park, as her virtual boyfriends.
Filming took place at Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu Sea, Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, El Mar Resort, and Nustar, highlighting Cebu’s picturesque landscapes.
The series, which Jisoo and Seo In-guk filmed in Cebu in February last year, is now available for streaming on Netflix.
