Filipino pop-rock band Cup of Joe has sold out its Dec. 3 “Symphony” concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and added a second show on Dec. 4 due to high demand.
The band previously made history by holding five solo shows at the venue in one year, earning a spot on the Araneta Wall of Fame.
Its previous concerts, “Silakbo” and “Stardust,” also sold out, with tickets for the three “Stardust” shows selling out within a day.
Band member Gian Bernardino credited their loyal fans, known as the Joewahs, for their success.
“Symphony” will feature the band’s first performance with an orchestra, accompanied by the 32-piece Orchestra of the Filipino Youth.
