Kabataan party-list slammed the “ITIM” alliance of Sen. Imee Marcos and VP Sara Duterte as a self-serving political maneuver, calling it “UnITIM 2.0” or the “unity of darkness.”
Spokesperson Renee Co criticized the duo for exploiting voter anger, especially in Mindanao, for personal gain ahead of the 2025 elections.
Co accused Imee of seeking Mindanao votes to secure her Senate seat and Sara of courting senators to protect her vice presidency and future presidential bid.
The group also aimed at senatorial candidate Camille Villar, claiming her family’s campaign strategies prioritize wealth and influence over public service.
Kabataan urged voters to reject traditional politicians and unite for genuine change.
