President Donald Trump vowed to escalate attacks on Iran, saying the US “hasn’t even started destroying what’s left” and targeting bridges and power plants next.
The conflict, now in its fifth week after a joint US-Israeli airstrike, has disrupted regional stability and global energy markets.
Trump shared videos of US strikes, including one on the newly built B1 Bridge near Tehran, which killed eight and wounded 95.
Iran condemned attacks on civilian infrastructure, while continuing strikes with its allies across the Gulf, including drone attacks on Kuwait’s Mina al-Ahmadi refinery.
Negotiations via intermediaries show little progress, fueling pressure on the US to find a resolution as tensions escalate.
