Tim Cone, the esteemed coach of Ginebra, was honored with his fourth Virgilio “Baby” Dalupan Coach of the Year award at the 2023 PBA Press Corps Awards Night held on Monday at Novotel in Quezon City.
Cone’s exceptional leadership not only propelled the Gin Kings to victory in the previous season’s Commissioner’s Cup but also guided Gilas Pilipinas to a gold medal triumph in the Hangzhou Asian Games.
In recognition of Cone’s outstanding contributions to the country, he was also presented with the President’s Award, alongside the entire Gilas Pilipinas team, including the other coaches and officials.
