The President is considering National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan as Pascual’s replacement, potentially triggering a broader reshuffle.

The move follows the recent resignation of Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno, and speculation suggests Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista and ICT Secretary Ivan Uy may also be replaced.
