The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) has launched an All-Gender Helpdesk to assist employees with gender-based concerns.
The helpdesk, an upgrade from the former Women’s Helpdesk, provides a safe and confidential space for grievances, legal consultations, psychological support, and administrative assistance.
It uses a multi-platform system, including a contact number, Facebook page, QR-coded complaint form, and a physical office in Pasay City.
The service now also covers cases of gender-based violence, with support provided only with the complainant’s consent.
Pagcor said the initiative reinforces its commitment to a safe, inclusive, and empowering workplace for all employees.
