“The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” opened to a strong global debut, earning $372.5 million worldwide, including $182.5 million from international markets, making it the biggest opening of 2026 so far.
In the Philippines, the film also set a new benchmark with an opening-day gross of P12.47 million, according to Universal Pictures Philippines.
