Filipino Boxer and Olympic bronze medalist, Eumir Marcial, is gearing up for a homecoming fight as part of his preparations for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Marcial announced on his social media that he will face Thailand’s Thoedsak Sinam on March 23 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.
The 5-foot-11 boxer invited Filipino fans to support him in the super-middleweight fight.
Marcial had previously trained in the United States to prepare for the Paris Games, where he will compete against top international boxers like Oleksandr Khyzkniak, Toqtarbek Tanatqan, Arlen Lopez, Callum Peters, and Abdelrahman Oraby.
Following the homecoming bout, Marcial, under the guidance of coach Kay Koromo, will return to the United States to continue his Olympic preparations.
