Former Supreme Court spokesperson Brian Keith Hosaka has officially taken his oath as executive director of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI).
SC Associate Justice Jose Midas Marquez swore him in following his appointment by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
The ICI is tasked with investigating alleged corruption in government flood control projects, with Hosaka also serving as the commission’s spokesperson.
Before this, Hosaka was a commissioner at the Governance Commission for GOCCs, where he helped implement reforms in government corporations.
He notably led the team that developed the restructuring plan for PhilHealth to improve its governance and public trust.
