FIRST LADY LIZA MARCOS TO REPRESENT THE PHILIPPINES AT DUBAI SUMMIT

First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos will represent the Philippines at the World Governments Summit 2025 in Dubai this month, according to Malacañang.

Presidential Communications Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez confirmed that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will not be attending the event.

Chavez stated that only the First Lady would be present at the summit in the United Arab Emirates.

Ahead of the event, Araneta-Marcos shared a photo on Facebook showing a preliminary meeting at her office.

The summit will bring together global leaders to discuss governance, innovation, and policy-making.
