FILIPINO SWIMMERS BAG TOP HONORS, BREAK RECORDS IN THAILAND

Filipino standouts Behrouz Mohammad Madi Mojdeh and Mikhael Jasper Mikee Mojdeh of the Swim League Philippines-Behrouz Elite Swim Team (SLP-BEST) emerged as Most Outstanding Swimmers (MOS) in their divisions at the 2025 Asian Open School Invitational in Bangkok. 

Madi, representing La Salle-Greenhills, amassed 374 points with seven gold medals, one silver, and five new records to dominate the boys’ 14-year division. 

Mikee of Immaculate Heart of Mary College-Parañaque also excelled in the boys’ 10-year class with three golds, three silvers, and two bronzes, totaling 244 points. 

Their victories contributed to SLP Patriots Luzon being crowned overall champions with 4,879 points, followed by teams from Vietnam, Visayas, Cambodia, and India. 

Team manager Joan Mojdeh praised the swimmers, coaches, and parents for their dedication, calling the win both a celebration and a challenge to push harder.
