MIRU Systems, the technology provider for the Commission on Elections (Comelec), launched the National Technical Support Center (NTSC) at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) to address technical issues during the 2025 elections.
The NTSC will operate 24/7 and serve as the main contact for election officers, DepEd support staff, and field technicians, handling concerns related to automated counting machines and secure transmission of results.
The support center also oversees overseas voting, with assistance from SMS Global Technologies and Sequent Tech Inc.
MIRU Systems emphasized that the center aims to ensure transparency, efficiency, and swift problem resolution to protect every vote.
Additionally, repair hubs equipped with spare parts and expert technicians will be deployed nationwide to minimize disruptions and maintain the integrity of the election process.
