DOH: NO ACTIVE SUPER FLU CASES, ALL PATIENTS RECOVERED

The Department of Health (DOH) on Monday said there are currently no active cases of “super flu” in the country.

Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo said available data do not support the possibility of an outbreak, as surveillance systems continue to closely monitor cases nationwide.

He added that hospitals have raised no alerts, and the agency will not speculate beyond what the data shows.

The DOH reported that as of December 2025, a total of 63 super flu cases had been recorded.

All of these patients have since fully recovered.
