DMCI Homes recently launched the Taffeta and Zephyr buildings, the latest phase of its Mulberry Place condominium project in Taguig’s Acacia Estates, responding to strong local demand despite a condominium oversupply in some parts of Metro Manila.
This new phase follows the successful launch of the Paisley and Shantung buildings, offering spacious units and resort-inspired amenities such as pools, a basketball court, and coworking spaces.
Vice President Dennis Yap emphasized that Acacia Estates remains a sought-after community due to its quality homes and strategic location near major business districts like BGC and Makati.
All units will feature subscription-free commercial-grade fiber internet, with turnovers scheduled from August to October 2028.
The project is also conveniently close to malls and top schools, balancing a peaceful neighborhood with city conveniences.
