The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) has assured a smooth transition from Interim Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim to incoming ICM Abdulraof Macacua, maintaining uninterrupted services.
The regional government reaffirmed its commitment to good governance and urged the public to stay united, especially during Ramadan.
Ebrahim was praised for laying strong political foundations, implementing key reforms, and strengthening moral governance in the region.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appointed Macacua on March 3, with Ebrahim moving to the regional parliament.
Presidential Peace Adviser Carlito Galvez Jr. expressed confidence in Macacua’s leadership, especially with the Bangsamoro parliamentary elections just seven months away.
