In Cebu, authorities arrested five individuals, including foreigners, and confiscated ₱1.1 billion worth of illegally manufactured cigarettes and equipment inside an industrial park.
In Valenzuela City, police also seized around ₱700 million worth of imported perfumes during a warehouse raid, with one suspect still at large.
Meanwhile, in Surigao del Sur, two individuals were arrested in an anti-illegal mining operation, with equipment and suspected gold-bearing materials confiscated.
