Globe is also strengthening its retail broadband offerings, with GFiber Prepaid now serving 700,000 subscribers, and maintaining leadership in the mobile segment with 63.1 million customers.
Despite the challenges, Cruz expressed confidence that Globe can remain a dominant player by covering both premium and affordable connectivity markets.
