The Philippine Air Force (PAF) and the Philippine Army (PA) have successfully concluded their Interoperability Exercise (IOX) 03-24, aimed at enhancing joint combat and tactical operations.
Held from October 7 to 11 at the 5th Infantry Division in Isabela, the five-day exercise involved over 1,000 participants and featured various training scenarios, including Command Post Exercises and Field Training Exercises.
Col. Ma Consuelo Castillo noted that the activities demonstrated the military’s readiness for coordinated missions across multiple domains.
MGen Gulliber Señires commended the troops for their professionalism and highlighted that the lessons learned will strengthen future joint operations.
Additionally, the PAF is currently providing logistical support for relief efforts in Batanes following Typhoon Julian, demonstrating its commitment to humanitarian assistance.
