Yang Hyun-suk of YG Entertainment provided updates on K-pop groups BabyMonster and Treasure. BabyMonster, featuring Ahyeon, Ruka, Chiquita, Pharita, Rora, Asa, and Rami, debuted on April 1 with the album “BabyMons7er” and will release a studio album in September or October.
A performance video for their song “Like That,” composed by Charlie Puth, will be out this month, with another song from the album set for early July.
Treasure, which debuted in 2020, will release the digital single “King Kong” on May 28, marking their first new music in 10 months, and plans to release a new album in the fall.
Treasure recently performed their “2024 Treasure Relay Tour: Reboot” concert in Manila on May 4.
