With just a month to go before the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship 2025, top Philippine sports officials rallied fans at the Mall of Asia Arena Music Hall to support the historic event.
FIVB EVP Ramon “Tats” Suzara, POC president Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino, and PSC chairman Patrick “Pato” Gregorio led the call to action, launching the battle cry “Set Na Natin ’To” for the 32-team tournament running from Sept. 12 to 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and MOA Arena.
The competition will feature volleyball’s elite, including defending champion Italy, world No. 1 Poland, Brazil, and Slovenia, alongside the country’s own Alas Pilipinas.
Fans enjoyed interactive booths, prize giveaways, and a meet-and-greet with national team players, while event mascots Koolog, Hataw, and Kidlat were introduced.
Organizers stressed the rare opportunity for the Philippines to host such a prestigious global event, urging nationwide unity to make it a resounding success.
