SEN. BONG GO PROVIDES AID TO FIRE-DISPLACED FAMILIES IN MANDALUYONG

Sen. Bong Go visited Barangay Pleasant Hills in Mandaluyong City on December 18 to assist 515 families displaced by a fire.

He assessed the situation on-site and met with evacuees at the Evangelista Sports Arena, where temporary relief operations were ongoing.

Go distributed financial aid, grocery packs, water containers, electric fans, vitamins, and other essential items, with some families receiving bicycles, mobile phones, and shoes.

He reminded residents that while property can be replaced, lives are irreplaceable, emphasizing the value of life above material losses.

Go also highlighted the importance of bayanihan, encouraging community solidarity in supporting each other during crises.
