San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, alongside DHSUD Secretary Jerry Acuzar and other officials, led the groundbreaking for the 30-story, 1,029-unit Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Housing Project in Barangay Batis on March 18, 2025.
Secretary Acuzar praised Zamora’s persistence in pushing for the project, which is part of President Marcos Jr.’s initiative to address the country’s housing backlog.
San Juan City is among the first LGUs to implement the 4PH program, demonstrating its proactive approach to urban development.
Mayor Zamora emphasized that the project aims to provide affordable and dignified housing for San Juaneños, making homeownership more accessible.
With construction set to begin, the initiative marks a significant step in the city’s commitment to social welfare and urban progress.
