Antonio “Anton” Racelis, a 10-year-old racing prodigy from Lipa City, Batangas, has been crowned the 2025 MiniROK Expert Overall Champion following a challenging season in the Philippine karting circuit.
The championship was secured through consistent performance in the qualifying rounds after the final race at Carmona Racing Track was halted due to an approaching typhoon.
Racelis will also be honored as MiniROK Karter of the Year at the Golden Wheel Awards in February 2026, recognizing his outstanding achievements and maturity on the track.
Last month, he represented the Philippines at the prestigious ROK Cup Superfinal 2025 in Lonato, Italy, finishing 27th overall after competing against 50 of the world’s top young drivers.
Racelis credited his success to the guidance of his coaches, the support of his mechanics, and the lessons gained from international competition, fueling his ambitions for future global motorsport success.
