Rapper “Hev Abi” was arrested along with six others in Diliman, Quezon City, on April 14 during a police operation based on a search warrant for firearms, according to authorities.
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group–National Capital Region said they seized a loose firearm, a magazine, and live ammunition during the raid.
Police also reported recovering suspected illegal drugs, including marijuana and cocaine, along with related paraphernalia.
The rapper’s scheduled performance at UP Fair’s “Kalye Tunes” on April 15 did not push through following his arrest.
Authorities continue to investigate the case involving alleged firearms and drug violations.
