President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. assured the public that food supplies remain sufficient despite rising fuel prices and urged citizens not to hoard basic goods.
He visited a San Juan wet market with the Departments of Agriculture and Trade and Industry to monitor prices and ensure stability.
Marcos warned vendors against exploiting the Middle East crisis by raising prices above government-set levels.
