Philippine Airlines (PAL) was recognized as the best travel brand in the Philippines and the second best in Southeast Asia, according to Campaign Asia’s annual index.
PAL scored 63.15%, topping local competitors like Cebu Pacific and Klook, and excelling in customer service, buying experience, and brand awareness.
It ranked just behind Vietnam Airlines regionally but outperformed major carriers like Thai Airways, Garuda Indonesia, and Singapore Airlines.
PAL Vice President Alvin Miranda vowed to enhance passenger experience as the airline continues expanding its global and domestic reach.
The airline was also recently recognized for its punctuality, ranking seventh among the most on-time airlines in Asia-Pacific.
