Mighty Sports inaugurated its new volleyball courts at AcroCity in Guiguinto, Bulacan, on Oct. 10, drawing fans of different ages to celebrate the sport’s growing popularity.
The event featured the ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles and PBA star Scottie Thompson of Ginebra San Miguel, who entertained fans and interacted with young volleyball enthusiasts.
AcroCity and Czark Mak chairman Caesar Wongchuking said the development aims to provide family-friendly entertainment and sports facilities for Bulacan residents.
The inauguration also featured an exhibition match between ZUS Coffee and the Makata Selection of Bulacan, with proceeds benefiting Tahanang Mapagpala of the Immaculada Concepcion Foundation, Inc.
The new facility follows Mighty Sports’ opening of its basketball courts two weeks earlier as part of AcroCity’s vision to become a “Live, Work, Play” destination.
