Marikina City Mayor Maan Teodoro reaffirmed her administration’s commitment to integrity and accountability, declaring that corruption, abuse, and complacency have no place in local government.
During her first State of the City Address, she said officials and employees who engage in misconduct will be held accountable regardless of their position.
Teodoro also outlined key initiatives to improve healthcare, education, business services, and flood mitigation across the city.
Among the planned projects are expanded medical facilities, a technical and vocational training institute, and a digital platform for government services.
She also highlighted ongoing flood control efforts and new infrastructure projects aimed at improving public welfare and quality of life.
