MAYOR JOY BELMONTE’S LEADERSHIP LAUDED WITH NATATANGING LINGKOD MARALITA AWARD

Quezon City was honored with the “Natatanging Lingkod Maralita Award” by the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) for its inclusive initiatives benefiting urban poor communities. 

The recognition highlights the city’s dedication to providing support and resources for vulnerable sectors. 

Atty. Jojo Conejero, OIC of the Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department (HCDRD), and Joey Dela Rosa, HCDRD Census and Planning Division Chief, accepted the award on behalf of Mayor Joy Belmonte. 

The city government’s programs have been lauded for improving the quality of life for marginalized residents. 

This marks another milestone in Quezon City’s efforts to foster inclusivity and uplift its communities.
