MARCOS INAUGURATES NEW NAIAX EXPRESSWAY TO IMPROVE TRAFFIC FLOW

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. inaugurated the new westbound off-ramp of the NAIA Expressway (NAIAX) on Friday, aimed at improving access to NAIA Terminal 3 and easing congestion on Andrews Avenue in Pasay City.

The 320-meter ramp is expected to cut travel time for motorists by up to 30 minutes.

Marcos noted that although short, the new exit will have a significant impact on traffic flow in the area.

The opening was attended by San Miguel Corp. CEO Ramon Ang and Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon.

NAIAX is operated by Skyway Operations and Maintenance Corp., a subsidiary of San Miguel Corp., under a 25-year concession.
