Cars registered under contractors Sarah and Curlee Discaya are valued at ₱277.25 million, according to data from the Land Transportation Office cited by Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon.
The total value of vehicles linked to 25 officials and contractors involved in the flood control scandal reached nearly ₱474 million, with most belonging to the Discayas.
Other named contractors and DPWH officials include Mark Allan Villamor Arevalo, Salle Santos, Henry Alcantara, Brice Hernandez, Jaypee Mendoza, and Arjay Salvador Domasig.
Freeze orders have been issued on assets tied to these individuals, and authorities are seeking to recover stolen funds while also pursuing criminal charges.
The alleged kickback scheme involves billions of pesos and implicates high-ranking officials, including Senators Joel Villanueva and Jinggoy Estrada, and Representative Zaldy Co, who denies the accusations.
