HBO released the first official image of the upcoming “Harry Potter” television series, offering fans an early look at the rebooted wizarding world.
The photo features Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, dressed in a Gryffindor robe with the number 7, walking toward a Quidditch pitch while carrying a broomstick.
The teaser image hints at a Quidditch match sequence and sets the stage for the imminent teaser trailer, which the studio teased with a “Tomorrow” caption and a lightning bolt emoji.
The series will adapt J.K. Rowling’s books, with the first season covering “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” across eight episodes.
McLaughlin stars alongside Arabella Stanton and Alastair Stout, with John Lithgow, Janet McTeer, Paapa Essiedu, and Nick Frost in supporting roles; production began in 2025 with a 2027 premiere planned.
