DISBARRED LAWYER GADON FACES CONDEMNATION FROM SC FOR ‘FALSEHOODS’
The Supreme Court (SC) has ruled lawyer Larry Gadon guilty of gross misconduct for perjury crips naand hearsay accusations in the impeachment case against former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Gadon violated professional standards by making false statements and disrespecting the impeachment process, the SC stated.
Despite Gadon’s prior disbarment for social media misconduct, the SC fined him P150,000 and declared him ineligible for judicial clemency.
The case originated from Gadon’s false allegations in the impeachment complaint against Sereno, revealing malicious intent to harm her reputation, the SC concluded.
