The Sandiganbayan Third Division has extended by another 30 days its resolution on the bail petition filed by the camp of former Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.
Court officials said the extension, starting June 6, 2026, was requested by associate justices to allow more time to decide on the case.
The ruling was previously expected to be issued within the month.
Revilla and his co-accused are facing graft and malversation charges over an alleged P92.8-million “ghost” flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan.
Although Revilla posted bail for graft, he remains detained due to the non-bailable malversation case, which he continues to deny.
