The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has finalized the official tally for the 2025 midterm party-list race, with Akbayan securing the top spot with over 2.7 million votes.
Comelec released the full list of 155 party-lists, which collectively received more than 41.6 million votes.
Minor changes in the final tally could affect seat allocations, potentially reducing the number of seats for some groups, like 4Ps.
A total of 57.3 million votes were cast, with an 82.2% voter turnout from nearly 70 million registered voters.
The final seat allocation and proclamation of winners are expected on May 19, pending audit and approval by the National Board of Canvassers.
