Veteran spiker Ara Galang led the Crossovers with 20 points, supported by Shaya Adorador and Cess Robles, who contributed 18 and 13 points, respectively.
The win sets up a tough best-of-three-quarters matchup against top-seeded Creamline Cool Smashers, the reigning four-time champions.
Despite Farm Fresh’s strong challenge, they faltered in crucial moments, missing their chance at the next round.
Meanwhile, ZUS Coffee kept its quarterfinal hopes alive with a thrilling five-set upset over Cignal.
