Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III met with 120 senior high school students from Quezon City participating in the House of Representatives’ 2026 NxtGen Congress.
The three-day program introduced students to how Congress works and how bills become laws.
The students also took part in workshops on committee deliberations, policy analysis, parliamentary procedures, and legislative ethics.
Dy shared his journey in public service and encouraged the students to take an interest in government and nation-building.
The program aims to give young Filipinos a better understanding of the legislative process and a greater voice in shaping the country’s future.
