ROLLS-ROYCE, BENTLEY, BUGATTI AMONG VEHICLES IN DISCAYA AUCTION

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) announced the auction of 10 luxury vehicles on Wednesday, including eight previously owned by flood control scam suspects Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya.

Highlighted cars include a 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan with a floor price of over P29 million, a 2022 Bentley Bentayga at P11 million, and two Bugatti Chirons with floor prices exceeding P149 million.

This marks the third auction of Discaya-owned vehicles, following prior sales in November and December 2025 that collectively raised over P47 million.

The BOC barred customs employees, importers, and consignees from bidding, requiring prospective buyers to undergo verification, including submission of income tax returns, to prevent conflicts of interest.

The vehicles were seized by court order from the Discayas’ company, Alpha & Omega General Contractor and Development Corp., one of the top firms awarded DPWH flood control and infrastructure projects from 2022 to 2025.
